1. Services Description and Standards:

• Services Provided: Consulting services in change management, organizational development, and environmental scanning.

• Standards of Service: All consulting services are rendered with reasonable skill, care, and diligence in accordance with professional standards.

2. Statement of Work:

• Deliverables: Specific deliverables will be detailed in individual project statements of work, including any third-party or client-supplied materials.

3. Charges and Payment:

• Pricing Structure: Charges for services will be determined on a project basis, as agreed in the statement of work.

• Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
